Sudoku Mania is developed and published by Scadu Games ("Scadu Games," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes the information practices of the game itself. Distribution platforms and this website have their own technical operations, described where relevant below.
Information stored locally
Sudoku Mania stores game information on your device so it can preserve your experience. This may include:
- Puzzle progress and completion records;
- Selected difficulty, game mode, and challenge progress;
- Times, error counts, statistics, and other gameplay results;
- Unlocks, rewards, boosts, and customization choices; and
- Sound, display, and other game settings.
This information is used only to provide game functionality. The game does not upload it to a Scadu Games server. Your operating system or store platform may separately back up application data according to your device and account settings.

The current Sudoku Mania Android export does not request internet access and the game does not include analytics, advertising, cloud save, multiplayer, chat, or social-sharing services.
Sudoku Mania does not request access to contacts, precise location, photographs, shared media, camera, microphone, text messages, phone records, or other sensitive device features.
Google Play, Steam, and other platforms
Sudoku Mania may be downloaded or purchased through third-party distribution platforms such as Google Play or Steam. Those platforms may process account, transaction, device, diagnostic, and usage information independently under their own terms and privacy policies. Scadu Games does not receive your full payment-card or bank-account details from those platforms.

If you voluntarily email Scadu Games, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, attachments, and troubleshooting details. We use it to answer your request, investigate problems, protect the game from abuse, and maintain necessary support records. Please do not send sensitive personal information in a support request.
This policy is hosted through Firebase Hosting. Google may process device, browser, network, cookie, and request information under its own privacy policy when you visit this page or use Google's email services.
How information is shared
Scadu Games does not sell or rent personal information. Sudoku Mania does not share locally stored gameplay information with advertisers, analytics companies, social networks, or other players.
Information you voluntarily send for support may be handled by service providers used to deliver email or may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce applicable terms, investigate fraud or security issues, or protect users, Scadu Games, or others.
Retention, security, and deletion
Local game information remains on your device until it is overwritten through normal use, cleared through your device's application settings, or removed by uninstalling the game. Because Sudoku Mania does not provide a Scadu Games account or cloud save, Scadu Games generally has no remote copy of this gameplay information to access, restore, or delete.
Support communications are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, troubleshoot issues, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, or meet legal obligations.
